Natacia Campbell -Tominov

Dr. Natacia Campbell Tominov currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources & Equity at Oak Park Elementary School District 97. Dr. Campbell Tominov has over 20 years of experience working with diverse student populations at the elementary and secondary level. Natacia provides guidance to district administrators and supervisory personnel in matters relating to recruiting, hiring processes, retention, licensure, as well as employee relations. She helps to incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion goals into organizational programs, practices, policies, and structures. Additionally, Dr. Campbell Tominov works with employees to resolve complaints, overcome difficulties, and address other matters related to personnel management. Dr. Campbell Tominov is pHCLE Certified and an active member of the IASPA and AASPA. Dr. Campbell Tominov holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science and Secondary Education from Trinity Christian College, Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Concordia University, and an Educational Doctorate in Administrative Leadership in Teaching and Learning from Walden University.
