Dale Fisher

Dale currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources in Deerfield Public Schools District109. His 21 years in public education include being a middle school science teacher, assistant principal, principal, executive director and assistant superintendent. He recently completed his dissertation at Loyola University of Chicago on the concept of change and how superintendents lead culture shifts in their educational system. Dr. Fisher is passionate about ensuring that time and resources are maximized by hiring the best educators to support the learning needs of all students.
