Kimberly Chambers

Dr. Kimberly Chambers wears two hats: she is the Executive Director of IASPA, and she also serves as the Director of Human Resources at Adlai E. Stevenson High School District 125. Dr. Chambers started as a school chief human resources administrator in 2001. Prior to working at Stevenson, Dr. Chambers previously served as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources at Community High School District 94. A founding member of IASPA, she served as President, Secretary, Member-at-Large, and Nominations Chair. She also served for 6 years on the Executive Board of AASPA. In October, 2018, Dr. Chambers was named the Herb Salinger Personnel Administrator of the year for AASPA. In addition, she has served as a Committee Chair for multiple AASPA Committees. Dr. Chambers has a passion for working with and mentoring newer educational HR Professionals and enjoys giving back to the field.
