The Blended Cohort prepares participants to become a Certified Professional Human Capital Leader in Education (pHCLE). All learning aligns to the updated pHCLE standards. The professional-level standards outline the competencies that leaders in PK-12 and related organizations need to strategically manage human capital processes at the department, team, or individual level.
Who should participate?
The pHCLE certification is appropriate for anyone who has a stake in improving people practices ineducation systems, including:
• HR department staff
• Building leaders—Principals, Assistant Principals, Head of Schools
• Public, private, and charter school executives including Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Chiefs, and Department Directors
• School board members
• Educator preparation faculty
• State departments of education and other education-related government employees

IASPA’s Cancellation Policy:
-All in-person registration (credit card, purchase order and send payment) cancellations must be made in writing & received no later than 7 days before event and will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee.
-Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. IASPA is not responsible for state or district travel restrictions, medical or weather-related cancellations or for airfare, hotel or other costs associated with the conference if the registrant is unable to attend.
-Purchase orders are accepted as a courtesy and are considered a guarantee of payment. Any cancellation of a registration guaranteed with a purchase order will be subject to the same cancellation policy. I understand that by selecting “Send Payment” I agree to the above cancellation policy.
No registration refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after 7 days before any event.
Membership, special events and meal tickets are non-refundable.
